TECHNICAL SKATE

  • Instructed by Tracy Tutton
  • Focus on speed, agility, explosive power, stride, pivots, turns, lateral movement, weight distribution and edge control
  • SUMMER SKATE (JUNE TO AUGUST) – 10 sessions

RANGER DEFENSEMEN SKATE

  • Instructed by Paul Ranger
  • Focus on the IQ and skills that defense require
  • Four skaters per group
  • SUMMER SKATE (JULY/AUG) – 8 sessions

ETS CUP

  • Leading up to August Pre-Skate, will be 6 weeks of intense non contact competition
  • SUMMER SKATE (June/July) – 6 sessions
  • Must be 2001 or older*

AUGUST PRE-SKATE

  • Small area skills, shooting, full ice tempo and tactical work
  • Intensity and focus if each practice increases over the course of the month in order to peak leading into camps or seasons play
  • SUMMER SKATE (AUG) – 12 to 20 sessions

RECOVERY PACKAGE

  • Sports Performance Drink, Post-Training Protein Shake & Shaker Bottle
