Optional Start Dates: (April 30/June 5/July 3)
PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM – Features & Services Available:
- ALL SPORTS
- 4 Months Progressive Training (MAY to AUG)
- Individual Screening & Assessment
- Training 3x or 5x per week
- Recovery Package – Pre/Post Shake & Shaker Bottle
- Book Training online (Monday to Friday)
- Training times available between 2PM and 7PM
GROUP TRAINING – Features & Services Available:
- ALL SPORTS – ATHLETES (2005-2007)
- 4 Months Progressive Training (MAY to AUG)
- Individual Screening & Assessment
- Training small groups (6 to 8 athletes)
- Two sessions per week – TUES/THURS
- Three sessions per week – MON/WED/FRI
- Training times available between 4PM and 7PM
TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM – Features & Services Available:
- Training Sessions (Minimum 10)
- Maximum 18 athletes per session
- Nutritional Seminar
- Sparring
- Yoga
