Optional Start Dates: (April 30/June 5/July 3)

PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM – Features & Services Available:

  • ALL SPORTS
  • 4 Months Progressive Training (MAY to AUG)
  • Individual Screening & Assessment
  • Training 3x or 5x per week
  • Recovery Package – Pre/Post Shake & Shaker Bottle
  • Book Training online (Monday to Friday)
  • Training times available between 2PM and 7PM

 

GROUP TRAINING – Features & Services Available:

  • ALL SPORTS – ATHLETES (2005-2007)
  • 4 Months Progressive Training (MAY to AUG)
  • Individual Screening & Assessment
  • Training small groups (6 to 8 athletes)
  • Two sessions per week – TUES/THURS
  • Three sessions per week – MON/WED/FRI
  • Training times available between 4PM and 7PM

 

TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM – Features & Services Available:

  • Training Sessions (Minimum 10)
  • Maximum 18 athletes per session
  • Nutritional Seminar
  • Sparring
  • Yoga
