Training Program – Description
The ETS HEAT Summer Melt Program is a Boot Camp training system developed by ETS Coaches. This system delivers HEAT Adult Athletes & New Clientele a unique and fun combination of Outdoor & Indoor metabolic functional strength training sessions
- Active Release

- Eccentric-Isometric-Concentric Strength Training Movements
- Aerobic & Anaerobic Conditioning
Training Program – Structure
- 12 Week Program – Monday, June 6 to Thursday, August 25, 2016
- Location – Iroquois Park Sports Centre: Indoor – Elite Training Systems/ Outdoor – North-East Corral of IPSC
- Time – 7:00PM
- Days – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
- No Camp: Monday, August 1, 2016 – Civic Holiday
- Format: 20 minutes Mobility – 30 minutes Metabolic Conditioning – 10 minutes Cool Down/ Stretch
- 20 Adult Athletes Maximum
- Amenity to Existing HEAT Adult Athletes
- New Clientele: Complete ETS Orientation Package & Assessment
