Training Program – Description

The ETS HEAT Summer Melt Program is a Boot Camp training system developed by ETS Coaches. This system delivers HEAT Adult Athletes & New Clientele a unique and fun combination of Outdoor & Indoor metabolic functional strength training sessions

  • Eccentric-Isometric-Concentric Strength Training Movements
  • Aerobic & Anaerobic Conditioning

Training Program – Structure

  • 12 Week Program – Monday, June 6 to Thursday, August 25, 2016
  • Location – Iroquois Park Sports Centre: Indoor – Elite Training Systems/ Outdoor – North-East Corral of IPSC
  • Time – 7:00PM
  • Days – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
  • No Camp: Monday, August 1, 2016 – Civic Holiday
  • Format: 20 minutes Mobility – 30 minutes Metabolic Conditioning – 10 minutes Cool Down/ Stretch
  • 20 Adult Athletes Maximum
  • Amenity to Existing HEAT Adult Athletes
  • New Clientele: Complete ETS Orientation Package & Assessment
