BACK TO BASICS PROGRAM 2017

BACK TO BASICS is an initiative for adults and everyday athletes who need a kick start back into the fall.  Begin with an initial assessment to determine your strengths, weaknesses, restrictions and limitations, then follow a program that suits your training level and goals designed by our ETS coaches!  The kids are back in school, it’s time for YOU to get back into the gym.

EASING BACK IN

During the first four weeks of the Back to Basics program, ETS coaches will be driving weekly focus groups dedicated to improving overall health and wellness of our athletes. The focus groups will take place during our Breakfast Club hours (6 AM to 9 AM) and will be exploring these four important training topics:

  • WEEK ONE
    •  Recovery Techniques / Home Care
  • WEEK TWO
    •  Mobility / Activations / Warm-up
  • WEEK THREE
    •  Energy Systems Development (How to recondition and improve daily energy)
  • WEEK FOUR
    •  Nutrition and Wellness
