The ETS HEAT Summer Melt Program is a Boot Camp style training system developed by ETS Coaches. This system delivers HEAT Adult Athletes & New Clientele a unique and fun combination of Outdoor & Indoor metabolic functional strength training sessions. Sessions include:

BACK TO BASICS is geared towards adults and everyday athletes who need a kick start back into the fall. Begin with an initial assessment to determine your strengths and weaknesses, restrictions and limitations, then follow a program that suits your training level and goals! New this year are several class options to motivate you to get the results you are looking for! Whether you are looking to do classes only, train on a program in the gym, or combine the two, ETS has the program for you! The kids are back in school, so time for YOU to get back into the gym!
