ETS is stocked with all the training equipment and measuring tools that you need to succeed. Unlike a traditional gym, we don’t bring in equipment for show – if it doesn’t make you better, it doesn’t come under our roof. Everything has a purpose and that purpose is to help you get better, stronger and faster. We do not workout – we train.As an Under Armour Combine Training Centre, ETS combines our unparalleled training model with Under Armour’s mission to make athletes better. Our on-site snack bar, powered by BioSteelTM, is there to support your efforts with the highest quality nutritional supplementation available.
If any of the equipment looks new or unfamiliar, don’t worry. After completing your personalized plan an ETS coach will take you through every single exercise and every piece of equipment you will be using for the next 4 – 6 weeks.
But we don’t stop there.
ETS coaches will be there every session to help you train safely and effectively – coaching, cueing and correcting and answering any questions you have so you never feel intimidated.

ETS is located inside the Iroquois Park Sports Centre in Whitby. Situated on almost 50 acres of park land and at over 240,000 square feet, it is Canada’s largest municipally owned and operated multi-use sports complex.
